Værøy — one of Norway's outermost islands, further into the Vestfjord than almost anywhere else, where puffins fill the cliffs of Måstadfjellet every summer.

This pom pom beanie carries Værøy's own coat of arms in custom embroidery: a silver puffin against blue, adopted in 1988 — the bird islanders once hunted from these same cliffs, now the symbol they're proudest to wear. Stitched small and proud, for one of the smallest municipalities in the country with one of its biggest identities.
